About Us

Housing Solution Fund is a local currency real estate investment trust authorised and registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Nigeria. It was conceptualised alongside its development partners, to provide innovative market based solution to stimulate housing demand and scale housing supply by providing affordable and accessible long-dated home loans to eligible homebuyers in partnership with participating lending institutions and housing developers.

The investment objective of the Fund is to deliver inflation-protected income and capital growth over the medium term for investors by funding a diversified portfolio of affordable home loan assets across Nigeria which will provide good quality accommodation to homeowners

The Fund will be listed on the Official List of the Securities Exchange and admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities.
